About
I trained as an actress a few decades ago and have worked in theatre, TV & voice-overs before studying autism and returning to University to train in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and to take a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology.
I have worked with vulnerable families as a co-ordinator and therapist for a children's charity; I am a guest lecturer at Northampton University; A creative writer for SuperBrain Heroes, Ltd.

I blend my experience & training in psychology, hypnotherapy and embodiment to create and offer a whole-being approach.
This has worked well with individuals, group therapy, corporate training and creative workshops and is always tailored to your requirements.

My background in improvisation, theatre & coaching works well within corporate settings when engaging and transitioning within the workplace.

I have qualifications from Buckinghamshire New University (MSc, PGDip) Essex Institute (D.Hyp) St Mary's University (CertHE) Open University, Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts (BA) as well as Embodiment Unlimited, Katherine Graves, Devin Hastings, Scott Barry Kaufmann, Terence Watts covering Psychosexual Therapy, CBT, Hypnobirthing, Embodiment Training and Scientific study of Transcendence.
I am a registered member of CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, a voluntary body endorsed by the NHS), APHP (Association of Professional Hypnotherapists & Psychotherapists) & PPG (Positive Psychology Guild).
